Question 1

Is JobberNest free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can build a CV, choose a template and download it as a PDF on the free plan. Paid plans add more tailoring, application packs and interview practice. The pricing page shows exactly what each plan includes.

Question 2

Do I need a card to sign up?

Accepted Answer

No. Create an account with your email and start straight away. You only add a card if you choose a paid plan or a top-up.

Question 3

Can I bring my existing CV?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload a PDF or Word file, or a LinkedIn profile PDF, and we turn it into an editable CV. You check everything before it's saved.

Question 4

Does it work on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. JobberNest is built for phones first and works on slower connections. You can add it to your home screen and open it like an app.

Question 5

Will the AI make things up on my CV?

Accepted Answer

No. JobberNest only rewords, reorders and highlights facts you have given it. If a number or detail would make a bullet stronger, it asks you rather than guessing, and checks every rewrite before showing it to you.

Question 6

Will my CV get past applicant tracking systems?

Accepted Answer

The templates marked ATS-safe are built to be read cleanly by screening software, and tailoring uses the job ad's wording where it truly fits your experience. Use them when applying to large companies.

Question 7

What file formats can I download?

Accepted Answer

PDF, which every employer and job site accepts and which keeps your layout exactly as you see it.

Question 8

Can I write a cover letter too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We draft a cover letter for each job from your CV and the job ad, in the same design as your CV. You can edit every word before downloading it.

Question 9

Does JobberNest apply to jobs for me?

Accepted Answer

No, and that's deliberate. We prepare the tailored CV, cover letter and answers, then send you to the employer's own page to apply. Nothing is ever sent in your name without you.

Question 10

Where do the jobs come from?

Accepted Answer

From job boards and company career pages, gathered every day and ranked against your CV, so the best fits are at the top.

Question 11

Can I use it for jobs outside Nigeria?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Job matches include remote and international roles, and the plain, photo-free templates suit UK, US and European applications.

Question 12

How does interview practice work?

Accepted Answer

Answer timed questions for the role, or take a mock interview by voice with follow-up questions. Afterwards you get notes on structure, examples and clarity.

Question 13

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Plans are priced in naira and paid securely with Paystack, by card or bank. We never see or store your full card number.

Question 14

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Billing in your settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Your CVs stay.

Question 15

What are top-ups?

Accepted Answer

One-off purchases for when you need a little more in a busy week, such as extra tailoring or a week of Pro. No subscription needed.

Question 16

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Your CVs and files are kept in private storage that only your account can open, and downloads go through signed, short-lived links. We never sell your data.

Question 17

Do you email employers or recruiters for me?

Accepted Answer

Never. The only emails we send are our own notifications to you, such as new job matches or a payment receipt.
