Your account

You need to be 16 or over. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One person per account; don't share it or create accounts to get around plan limits.

You are responsible for your applications

• JobberNest prepares CVs, cover letters, answers and guides. You always send each application yourself. We never apply or email employers for you.
• Check everything before you send it. You are responsible for the truthfulness of your applications.
• Our AI only uses information you give us. It is told never to invent experience, employers, qualifications, dates or results, and suggestions for new content need your confirmation. If you add something untrue, that is your responsibility.

Using JobberNest fairly

Don't use JobberNest to break the law, mislead employers, harass anyone, scrape or overload the service, get around limits or security, or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do, and limit use that looks automated.

Job listings

Jobs come from job boards, company careers pages and alerts you forward. We filter out spam where we can, but we don't employ, vet or guarantee any employer or job. Never pay anyone to get a job.

Practice tests and interviews

Scores and reports are practice feedback, not a prediction of any real hiring decision.

Plans and payments

• Prices are in naira and shown before you pay. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan and billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Each plan has limits (for example downloads, packs and voice minutes), shown on the pricing page and in the app. Top-ups add to those limits and expire as stated.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content

Your CVs, letters and answers belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Our templates, designs and software remain ours; downloaded PDFs are yours to use for your job search.

Availability and changes

We work to keep JobberNest available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features or these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you first.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the outcome of any job application. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
