Refund policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
Here is how cancelling and refunds work. You can pay by card or bank in naira through Paystack, or in USDT. The same rules apply to both.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings → Plan and billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then won't renew. Cancelling stops future payments; it doesn't refund the current period. Plans paid in USDT never renew by themselves, so there's nothing to cancel: they simply end.
When you can get a refund
- Within 3 days of paying: you can ask for a refund of a plan or top-up within 3 days of the payment. A 30% fee is non-refundable, so you get 70% of what you paid back. Your plan or top-up ends when the refund is made.
- After 3 days: payments can't be refunded. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period.
- Our mistake: a duplicate charge, a renewal after you cancelled, or a USDT payment we matched to the wrong account is refunded in full, at any time.
Usage that failed on our side (for example a download or a pack that didn't finish) is automatically given back to your allowance.
USDT payments
- Refunds are sent in USDT on the same network you paid on, to the address you paid from. If that address belongs to an exchange, tell us an address of your own on the same network.
- The network fee for sending the refund is taken from the refund.
- USDT sent on the wrong network, a different coin, or to an old address can't always be recovered. If it can, recovering it is at our discretion and costs may be deducted.
How to ask
Email info@jobbernest.com from your account's email address within 3 days of paying, with the payment date and amount (and the transaction hash for USDT). We reply within 1 working day. Card and bank refunds go back to the original card or account through Paystack; banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them.
